Brief history
Hotger was founded in 2005 by three developers that decided to monetize their programming skills. We programmed in PHP/MySQL, Delphi and C and all this knowledge was supported by a big experience in HTML/CSS and nice system administration skills.
The start was hard but brought fruition several months later and we got the first big contract for several years. This step has brought us to a new level of management and programming skills, we hired programmers experienced in different programming disciplines and the quantity of employees has risen to ten people.
“First year you look for a work and then the work starts looking for you”. That was very true for our company and soon we had to enhance our staff and involve more managers to control our development team. Several departments were founded and we even launched our first hosting server that provided our customers with quality web hosting services. We moved to a bigger office and optimized our infrastructure.
Our goal
Since the beginning of 2008 we realized that we have two primary goals of our business: further success and creation of new technologies. We became a leading outsourcing provider in our city and we are going to be the first in our country. Our skills allow us not only to accomplish the requirements of our customers, and to create new methods of performing our work, always experimenting with new technologies.

About 90% of our customers are from United States but we also have several contracts here in Russia. ALL CUSTOMERS THAT EVER STARTED TO WORK WITH OUR COMPANY STILL WORK WITH OUR COMPANY. We never have any confrontations or even any reason to argue, we are always ready to compromise. Customer care is a cornerstone of our business.
